Okay...this may come across very ignorant, but when it comes to Chinese culture, I am ignorant. The video clip of the noodle shop makes me think of Ramen noodles. Is there any comparison? (Right after I read your posting, I was in the kitchen when someone was making Ramen noodles for breakfast at work.)
